Please Note: If your chosen delivery country is not listed above, we are unable to ship to you.

We rely on a third party (our courier), therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery services. However, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time.

Our Couriers

Hermes & royal mail : Hermes is the UK's largest home delivery courier network handling more than 140 million collections and deliveries per annum. Within the UK, Hermes operates a network of over 7,500 lifestyle couriers that provides flexible, high-quality doorstep delivery, combined with a friendly and local approach.

We use royal mail &  Hermes for smaller and lighter parcels that have been placed on our Standard Delivery and other UK services. Signatures are required however if the driver deems it safe to leave your parcel in a safe place, they will do so. If they are unable to delivery, they will leave a calling card with their number for you to re-arrange delivery with the driver directly. Three attempts will be made at delivery before the parcel is returned to the depot. The depot will email/call you to make a final attempt to re-arrange delivery on a day suitable for you. If they are unable to get in touch with you, the parcel with be returned to us.

Please be aware that your supplied telephone number may be printed on the delivery label to provide a point of contact if the courier needs to contact you.


Delivery Services

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery orders can be sent via a multitude of ways depending on weight of the parcel. We state 2 to 5 days delivery to cover all eventualities. We do highly recommend this service if you are not in a rush for your parcel or you don’t mind which day the goods turn up. Should you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day please use the Next Day Delivery service.

Delivery Times

Hermes: All deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.

royal mail : All deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm. These times apply for both standard and next day services.

UK Non Mainland Deliveries.

For deliveries to Scottish Highland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles the following services are used:

  • Hermes
  • Royal mail

Please ensure to choose the correct delivery zone when entering addresses on our website. Choosing the incorrect option can delay deliveries as parcels are dispatched to the incorrect distribution centre. The following postcodes fall within the Scottish Highlands and Islands area. If you have one of these postcodes please ensure to select the correct delivery zone.

These postcodes are provided to us by our couriers as a service other than standard delivery is required for parcels to these postcodes to reach their destination. International Deliveries All international deliveries are dispatched myhermes

Tracking Your Order

Please note: You can only track your parcel once it has been dispatched. Pallet deliveries may be tracked via the telephone.

Depending on the service used to send your good, you will need to go the following websites to track your parcel:

Enter the tracking number associated to your order. If you do not have this you can obtain it from the My Account section once logged into our website.

Should you require further information than seen on the websites above, then please contact us. We may have to contact Hermes/royal mail /directly regarding your enquiry. Please be aware it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from them.

BFPO Addresses

At present, we are unable to send to BFPO addresses.

Delivery FAQs

1Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at this time.
2Can you deliver to an alternative address to that of my billing address?
Yes. Once you have entered your billing address you can also enter an alternative address for delivery.
3Can you ship elsewhere other than listed on your delivery page?
We can only deliver to the countries listed on our delivery section. We cannot ship elsewhere, as countries not listed are not on our accounts with Hermes or royal mail
4I know I will not be home when delivery is made, what should I do?
We always recommend having orders delivered to an address where someone is going to be in to take the delivery, however if this is not possible the courier does try with neighbours or you can leave a signed note to advise where the leave the parcel. If this is a safe place then it is at the driver’s discretion if the item is left.
5How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch you will be sent an email with a link to where you can track your order. If you do not get your order you can login to your account to track this.
6What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?
If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. You will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or rearrange delivery.
